Pastor Frank Garcia is an Arizona native, raised in the small town of Coolidge, AZ. He served in the US Navy for 8 years and is a Gulf War veteran. It was while he was in the Navy that he met and married his wife, Mary.

In 1998, while still in the Navy in Newport News, VA, he was born again at the Peninsula Pentecostals, pastored by Jarod Arango.

After serving his time in the Navy, Pastor moved his family back to Arizona where they have lived in Chandler and Mesa. They have four beautiful daughters, three son-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren.
